 I wrote up a quick python script to determine the responsible HSDir's for
 a hidden service and either check if the HSDir's have the descriptor or
 just output the raw descriptor. It's still rough so I'll try improve it
 over the next few days when I get time, I'll write the code to deal with
 descriptor cookies and to decrypt the introduction point list.

 The script is on my Github repo where I will update it -
