 If you go to the download page on torproject.org, you will see a string
 containing the version number of the latest available release on that
 site. On torproject.org, you will see ""Version 2.3.25-8", on
 torproject.org.in, you will see "Version 2.2.37-1".

 Users who access torproject.org.in may not realize that 2.2.37-1 is an old
 release. It would be great if the string could also contain the date that
 release was made on, e.g. "Version 2.2.37-1, released on June 12, 2012".
