Browser User Manualâ. The program would be a lot like the âStart Tor
Browserâ one. But instead of starting the Tor Browser, it would start a
locked down browser to display the manual, using a dedicated profile or a
`-app` thingy. This locked down browser would look quite like Yelp, with
no menu, no address bar It would be prevented from making any network
connection. Instead, when an external link is clicked, it would ask the
user to copy the URL and paste it manually somewhere else.
Although I am not Santa Claus I think this sounds like a lot of overkill
for the purpose of letting the user view a manual. Especially as you still
are dependent on a loading Tor Browser as you noted.
