Comment:

 Ah, there already is a routine in ThirdPartyUtil for this. Instead of
 getting the host from the url in
 ThirdPartyUtil::GetFirstPartyHostForIsolation(), we just use
 ThirdPartyUtil::ThGetBaseDomain() instead. This is a one-line patch.
