Comment (by teor):

 It would help to record the `relays_published` date of each Onionoo
 document we download, otherwise it will be impossible to trace back from
 the generated list of fallback directories to the source documents /
 consensuses.

 If different tor developers use documents with the same `relays_published`
 date from the same Onionoo instance, they should get the same list of
 fallback directories. This allows us to cross-check the list of fallback
 directories.
