 Looks like Roger and Kate are set to receive these emails but the volume
 is too much.

 I would like to suggest we use our RT for these messages. We can have an
 automatic reply set for now and from time to time check if there is any
 follow ups that are necessary.

 Once we hire the exec admin person we can ask her/him to take over this
 task. Our support team already uses this solution and we can easily build
 templates for different responses and so on.

 Julius also mentioned that CCC uses the same solution.
