Comment:

 I replaced the hard-coded logging config by configuration via with
 logging.properties;
 shell scripts are adapted to only having to change one location;
 and a hint about how to configure logging in even more detail is added to
 `run-all`.
 The default is to log into one log file; changes can be made by
 configuration now.

 The logging replacement (i.e. logback, slf4j, etc) will be discussed and
