Comment:

 A downgrade of glibc from glibc-2.23.1-6.fc24.x86_64 to
 glibc-2.23.1-5.fc24.x86_64 made TorBrowser work again. See
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1335011. An update for
 glibc-2.23.1-7.fc24 should be pushed soon. Sorry for the noise.
