 Hang on, the MaxMind data that I quoted above does include this row:

 {{{
 1841168384,1841233919,"AS35540 OVH SAS"
 }}}

 So, in this case the CAIDA data looks about as good as MaxMind's.

 Can you give an example, or better a handful of examples, where CAIDA data
 is obviously better than MaxMind's?
