Almost all of the "Could not parse" warnings on the CollecTor mirror are
caused by [https://onionoo.torproject.org/details?search=swetor
SweTor247].
It seems that some of the country codes use non-ascii characters. The code
parsing this information is
[https://gitweb.torproject.org/collector.git/tree/src/main/java/org/torproject/collector/relaydescs/RelayDescriptorParser.java#n272
here].
Shouldn't the parser just replace the problematic characters by a default
character and thus keep the readable information?
I'll add a stack trace when this happens again.
