 1. I think that the instructions can live inside a doc/wiki. I would want
 this to be easy to update, which the website is not. We can link to it
 from the website or give a quick link somewhere, but that's all I would
 want.
 2. Good question. I don't know what it takes to set one up, so a detailed
 tutorial would be nice.
 3. Maybe, but we will prioritize the current topics for now (download,
 install, use, common errors), and add more if we have the resources. I
 think it's more important that we get these basic sets of answers out as
 soon as possible and to translate them into different languages.
