 Hence the measure with MaxMemInQueues we still expierence the problem that
 memory usage starts rising until the tor process gets killed (OOM).

 In the last 24 hours 4 times such an OOM took place on our two servers
 with 2 tor processes each.

 I also had a quick discussion with another operator based on this tweet
 https://twitter.com/FrennVunDerEnn/status/864583496072876034

 It seems they expierence spontanous rise of memory consupmtion as well.
