I have no munin running up to know. But let me through at you what I have.
1) Logs wich show that a process died and was restartet from today
{{{
Son Mai 28 03:50:06 CEST 2017 Process tor1 is not running -> starting
Son Mai 28 04:27:01 CEST 2017 Process tor2 is not running -> starting
Son Mai 28 04:32:13 CEST 2017 Process tor2 is not running -> starting
}}}
This will give use the rough time of three events today
2) Next syslog (shortened) will show what happend
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/22255/syslog20170528
3) I use smem all 5 minutes to provide infos about the process memory
(should be like ps aux) usage see attachment
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/22255/SMEM20170528.log
I hope that gives you what you need. If not - let me know what tools would
provide the best suitible output for you and I see to it.
