 Mozilla switched away from `crosstools-ng` to `cctools-port`
 (https://github.com/tpoechtrager/cctools-port) after ESR52. Seems
 worthwhile to follow that step just to keep the toolchains in sync as good
 as possible. (See:
 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1331957#c11 for the
 reasoning).
