Do you mean that it was working for 40 minutes, then it stopped working?
What if you try again, does it work sometimes?

Not necessarily. Another explanation is the the firewall has only blocked
the IP address of one of the proxies. When you use Snowflake, you are
assigned one of the available proxies randomly. As you browse, your proxy
might change. It may be, that after 40 minutes you were assigned the proxy
whose IP address is blocked.
We are working on changes to reduce the problem of being assigned a
blocked proxy: #20813, #25723.
