 Also, if you set `browser.link.open_newwindow.restriction` = `2` and use
 the `new window` test at
 https://ghacksuserjs.github.io/TorZillaPrint/TorZillaPrint.html#screen ,
 it will tell you all the resizing steps taken by the new window
