New description:
Hi,
I'm running a Tor relay on a dynamic IP which changes once per day.
Sometimes there seems to be some problems and I get the following
error message:
We just marked ourself as down. Are your external addresses reachable?
Now this is no problem and the message is fine. But I would like to
be informed when the relay knows it's up again. Something like this:
We just marked ourself as up again.
So that I'm not worried when I see the first message and know (when
I see the second message) that my relay works fine. At the moment I
have have to do the check manually.
