 Polipo crashes on some sites like apple.com:

 Established listening socket on port 8080.
 Restarting pipeline to images.apple.com:80.
 Restarting pipeline to images.apple.com:80.
 Couldn't send request to server: Immediate shutdown requested

 Disabled caching but this makes no difference.
 I am running debian squeeze with the latest and greatest polipo.
