 I'm reviewing your 5482-annotate-bridge-stability-reachability branch
 right now, but this is going to take me a bit.  Please don't merge or
 deploy the branch yet, because there is at least one big bug in it:
 `timestamp = time.strptime(line[10:],"%Y-%M-%d %H:%m:%S")` has the month
 and minute placeholder interchanged, which will make BridgeDB discard 80%
 of descriptors and parse funny timestamps for the rest.  I hope to have a
 more complete review by tomorrow evening or Sunday morning at the latest.
