 When #5609 is done, Vidalia should have some kind of indicator to notify
 bridge operators about stuff like:

 "Your bridge currently supports the 'obfs2' and 'stegotorus' transports on
 addresses 0.0.0.0:9486 and 0.0.0.0:12345"
