 Most users don't know what pluggable transports are, how to use them, how
 to find obfsbridges, etc.

 In the future where technologies like Thandy and BridgeFinder are
 deployed, maybe users shouldn't know what pluggable transports are.

 For now though, we should write a user-oriented blog post on how people
 should use them.
