Changes (by arma):

  * status:  new => closed
  * resolution:  => not a bug


Comment:

 This happens because each Tor Browser Bundle instance is trying to use the
 same ports.

 You can follow the directions at
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq#TBBSocksPort *backwards* (i.e. go find
 the box and check it) to make them use random ports each time.

 Try help@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx if things still don't work (trac is a
 bugtracker, not a support desk)
