They have a git mirror of that SVN repo, which is a lot faster to clone:

Did you guys ever solve the

issue]? We might be able to implement it in the facilitator (if

round trip, in which case we could

bundle that into the existing client registration]), but I'm wondering if
there is a better way... Another option is to use public SIP servers,
which may or may not be blocked by a censor.
