Discussion on tor-assistant about this bug made by rransom, this might
actually makes sense.

If it's indeed an acceptable behaviour to leave that object there until it
expires which is right now 48 hours so we don't hammer unreachable intro
points, that indeed makes sense.
Now, I think a fat comment in the code is needed if it's the wanted
behaviour here.
The HS spec mentions that every 18 hours, a fresh descriptor is uploaded.
This leaves 30 hours of difference between the cache obj and a new
descriptor. Could we bring that down a bit? (well yeah there is a 24 hours
clock skew adjustement so worst case that leaves us with a 6 hours
difference).
