 I fully support transitioning my directory authority to Micah. I am
 willing to ensure it does not come back up after we add Micah's node, or
 keep it up for older clients, or however we want to do this.

 I am not sure we buy a whole lot by ensuring the node is in Asia.. I'd be
 happier if we had better physical security for it, but I'm not sure I feel
 so strongly about this that it is worth arguing.
