 One way to fix this issue would be to make the "OTR preferences" dialog
 which can be accessed by the following:

 1. start OTR conversation
 2. click lock icon in chat header
 3. select "OTR preferences"

 as a top-level menu item. This dialog displays the OTR fingerprint per
 account, while allowing you to easily switch the account to display.

 Given the importance of OTR functionality to the messenger, having the
 preferences be a top-level menu item makes a lot of sense to me.
