It's effectively an advertisement. kqzyfj.com is used by a large marketing
agency (Conversant/Commission Junction), which disconnect.me may have a
contract with. I've seen these a few times also, and think of them as
similar to the !AdWords ads on Google searches.
What's irritating about Conversant links is that they can form a
[http://deals.woot.com/questions/details/d8ff7e42-0f58-4d0e-
ae35-127559b062fb/im-sick-of-all-the-redirections-anrdoezrs-kqzyfj-and-
more-ugh-who-else-is#3fd820be-22b6-4a18-b0ea-8d3d791549d9 huge chain of
redirects].
