[tor-bugs] #17619 [Tor Messenger]: Tor Messenger timezone in chats
#17619: Tor Messenger timezone in chats
-------------------------------+-----------------

Component: Tor Messenger | Version:

-------------------------------+-----------------
In conversations, the local time is added to every message:
{{{
HH:MM:SS PM - The current conversation is not private.
HH:MM:SS PM - You attempted to send an unencrypted message to <>. As a
policy, unencrypted messages are not allowed.
HH:MM:SS PM - Attempting to start a private conversation. Your message
will be retransmitted when the private conversation starts.
}}}
(where `HH:MM:SS` is my local time)
While this is local, a user may copy-paste this conversation, thus
revealing their timezone in the process. Should we use `UTC` for
everything, even local things?
