 Since a couple of weeks I get this message every time I try to sign into
 youtube. It used to work fine.  Commenting never worked.

 "Sorry, we could not log you in at this time. Please try again later."

 I even tried with security setting "Low" and all the check boxes unchecked
 for the optional security settings.
