 Currently, most of the default settings are tailored for the main tpo
 instance.
 As there are more mirrors already and to make future mirrors look like
 mirrors the web-pages should have the title html tag set to mirror and
 maybe more.

 Thoughts?

 (Once this is agreed this tasks will be a metrics-help task)
