 It is weird that trac and deb.tpo and so on are labelled Internal. They're
 outside-facing, just for a different audience.

 What would happen if we named the top level component Infrastructure
 instead?

 I cc Isabela since she was involved in the last big renaming, and I cc
 hiro because I should just start doing that for all the tickets like this.
