The change really was simply a change to old stanzas in the changelog. So
future 0.2.9 versions can have better changelog entries because teor's
improved scripts (not included in this merge) will produce better ones.
So I think it's fine as-is. But if somebody wants to merge the changes
into maint-0.2.9 too, it is fine with me!
