Assuming Sebastian's suggestion means to make the importance of sorting
for guarding user privacy more visible I can think of the following
options here:
* state the importance of sorting the log lines by using something
unrelated to the time of the event causing the entries (e.g., sorting
alphabetically)
* and state this more prominently at the beginning of section
[https://metrics.torproject.org/web-server-logs.html#n-re-assembling-log-
files 4.3]. The paragraph could start:

Rewritten log lines are re-assembled into sanitized log files based on
physical host, virtual host, and request start date.
All rewritten log lines are sorted alphabetically, so that request order
cannot be inferred from sanitized log files.
The naming convention for ...
}}}
And, the sentence starting with "As last and certainly not least ..." can
be removed.
If this addresses the concern of comment:63, I can provide a patch.
