 for example, if i am in an Spanish document, and I click an internal link
 that goes:

 '/managing-identities#new-identity'

 I should be able to read the content in Spanish. Regarding the URL,
 although, maybe I am forwarded to /es/administrar-identidades/#nueva-
 identidad (but I don't know how that would be possible with the way the
 header anchors are done now)
