 Hello,

 from time to time tor browser failed to start on Windows 10 when drovar
 programmer keyboard layout is installed. This is from Event viewer:

 It seems to be related to windows 10 updates but I do every time the
 procedure: uninstall-install of dvorak-programming keyboard layout.
