 If we feed coccinelle all our files at the same time, and use the J=N
 variable, we can parallelise the (slow) parsing checks.

 This isn't usually a big deal for the commit hook or makefile, because the
 commit hook only checks changed files, and the Makefile already runs "make
 check" in parallel.
