 Vidalia should provide easy to follow feedback about bridge use status,
 possible in the bridge window, but possibly also in the event log. Bridges
 likely have high churn and are blocked often. If a user is down to their
 last bridge, they really need to fetch more bridges soon before they lose
 access to Tor entirely. Likewise, when they first enter bridges, Vidalia
 should tell them if these bridges are reachable.
