Comment:

 we only sync changed repositories now.

 If a repository does not have git-daemon-ok set we sync an empty dir to
 jepsonii, i.e. we kill anything on jepsonii when somebody pushes to it
 next time.

 If you remove repositories, you have to manually clean up jepsonii too.
