 I am the creator of this ticket. I've encountered another, slightly
 different application error when closing this same software. I haven't
 rebooted since the first error.

 tbb-firefox.exe - Application Error

 The exception unknown software exception (0xc000001e) occurred in the
 application at location 0x03bf03e0.

 Click on OK to terminate the program
