 Mike, can you speculate on this? It seems that Vidalia should launch
 Firefox as soon as it learns the env vars it will pass. Then Torbutton
 should query the control port for bootstrap state when it starts up, and
 either display an interim 'Tor is starting' page or let it go directly to
 check.tp.o.

 Unless it's harder to wedge Torbutton into those parts of Firefox than we
 hope?
