Comment:

 This is either a duplicate or notabug, depending on how you look at it.
 I'm migrating the Vidalia packages to server-only, but currently some of
 them still contain polipo (on purpose), including the normal Vidalia
 bundle and the bridge bundle. These will go away in about a month or so,
 after I make the announcement. See also #2844 and #3648.
