Comment:

 The following topics are now covered by the user manual and can be dropped
 from the GetTor help text. You can make the text a lot shorter and just
 point users to the PDF instead.

 - Which package to request (and the differences between each one)
 - Smaller sized packages (and what to do with them)
 - How to unpack the files
 - Blocked access / Censorship (how to find/use bridges etc)
 - Verify Signature
 - Support
 - Frequently asked questions

 ... basically, the only thing not covered by the user manual is the list
 of languages available for TBB. The user manual can be found here:
