Comment:

 Hm.  It can't be triggered, since we check earlierin
 command_process_cert_cell  to make sure that those certs really do have
 RSA keys.

 But that's no excuse for a lack of defensive programming.  Fix applied as
 9d355bf47983019ab6b3f20d0c8c5870961b016f
