 But there is. The "customer support division" is Runa and some members of
 Expression Technologies. The main problem here is that I don't have access
 to all types of operating systems that we support. I have a laptop that
 runs Debian, and I have Windows running as a virtual machine. But I can't
 help users with Mac OS X.

 What I could do is add a note saying that we usually get a lot of
 requests, and that getting back to everyone may take some time.
