 rsync.torproject.org currently points at asteria. Trying to do rsync
 transfers is frequently very slow, generally under 50kbps. aroides has a
 full copy of the website and has 10 gbps of bandwidth available.

 I suggest we update dns to point rsync at aroides. As far as I can tell,
 creating a 'tor' rsync directory will work and everyone magically swaps
 over to aroides once dns is updated.
