 Multiple log messages in `entry_guard_inc_first_hop_count` identify entry
 guards using the format â''nickname''`=`''fingerprint''â.  They should use
 either the format â''nickname''` ($`''fingerprint''`)`â or the same format
 as the control-port protocol uses.
