 I think I've fixed this with

 (I don't know why this exclusion is necessary; according to the Firefox
 media display, all of the Zynga content was loading over HTTPS from Akamai
 already.  I should probably look more closely.)

 Duane, would you be able to try this modification by editing your rules
 file manually?  Or do you want to wait for a new HTTPS Everywhere release?
