Comment:

 Merged with a minor tweak that otherwise would bite us when evaluating the
 data.

 That's part one of the analysis.  Next steps are:
  - rewrite `plot-entropy.R` to visualize a single consensus,
  - run `pylinf.py` on, say, 1 year of consensuses (and 1y1m of server
 descriptors to be sure we have all server descriptors referenced from
 consensuses),
  - generate graph data for L_\inf for a given min_adv_bw over time, and
  - visualize previously generated graph data, probably using R.
