 Thanks for the second example.  It seems that the problematic rewrite is
 our securing of the request to gstatic.youtube.com/crossdomain.xml.  This
 change seems to fix it for me:

 everywhere.git/commitdiff/5b43c0d489a65750c4a91d5c29f5b4048fbf205c

 I'll push 3.0.3 out the door to fix this, unless Google can fix it at
 their end.
