 The dependencies are now correct, yeah! :)

 The content of the tarball is still problematic though:

 {{{
 $ python setup.py sdist
 $ tar ztf dist/*.tar.gz
 }}}

 The following files do not look right:

  * `data/ui/.bowerrc`
  * `data/Makefile`
  * `data/ui/component.json`

 Should the example configuration really be in
 `data/ooniprobe.conf.sample`?
